Terms and Conditions for the NassifMD® Radiance Rewards Program

1. Program Overview

NassifMD® Radiance Rewards is a free loyalty program that allows eligible customers to earn Skin Perfecting Points on qualifying purchases and activities, and to redeem those points for eligible rewards on nassifmdskincare.com.

By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms posted on the Rewards page.

2. Eligibility

The Program is open to individuals who create or activate a NassifMD® Skincare account and meet applicable legal requirements. The Program is void where prohibited by law.

Only one Rewards account is permitted per person. Employees of NassifMD® are not eligible to participate unless otherwise stated by the Company.

3. Enrollment and Guest Points

Customers may earn eligible points as guests before formally joining the Program. To access, view, and redeem points, customers must create or sign into a NassifMD® Skincare account and activate their Rewards account through the Rewards widget.

The 200-point sign-up bonus is awarded when a customer creates or activates their Rewards account through the Rewards widget.

4. Earning Points

Members earn 1 Skin Perfecting Point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases made on nassifmdskincare.com.

Points are calculated on the order subtotal after discounts and before shipping, taxes, and fees. Points are rounded down to the nearest whole point.

Subscription orders are eligible to earn points.

Members may also earn points for other eligible actions listed on the Rewards page, including social engagement, birthday entry, and referral activity, subject to Program rules and limitations.

5. Social Rewards

Members may earn points for eligible social engagement actions listed on the Rewards page, such as following NassifMD® Skincare on Instagram or liking NassifMD® Skincare on Facebook.

Social rewards may be limited to one reward per action per member and are subject to platform and Program limitations.

6. Birthday Reward

Members may earn birthday points by entering their birthday through the Rewards widget. Birthday rewards are limited to one per member per year.

7. Referrals

Members may refer friends through the Radiance Rewards Program.

The referred friend will receive $10 off a qualifying first purchase of $30 or more. Once the referred friend completes a qualifying purchase using the referral code, the referring member will receive a $10 reward for a future eligible purchase.

Referral rewards may be subject to verification and Program limitations.

8. Redeeming Points

Points may be redeemed for eligible rewards shown on the Rewards page. Every 20 points equals $1 off. The minimum redemption is 100 points.

Rewards coupons may be used on eligible one-time purchases only. Rewards coupons cannot be applied to subscription orders.

Only one rewards code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

Points earned in a transaction cannot be redeemed in the same transaction.

9. Exclusions

Points and rewards are valid only on nassifmdskincare.com.

Purchases made through third-party retailers, including HSN, QVC, Costco, Good Morning America, The Shopping Network, or other retailers, are not eligible for point earning or reward redemption.

Points are not earned on shipping, taxes, fees, discounts, refunded amounts, canceled orders, or other excluded charges.

10. Returns and Cancellations

If an order is returned, canceled, refunded, or declined, any points earned from that order may be deducted from the member’s account.

If a rewards coupon was used on an order that is later returned or canceled, the related points may be returned to the member’s account, subject to system limitations and Company discretion.

11. Point Value and Transferability

Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Points are not gift cards, stored value, or property. Points may not be transferred, sold, exchanged, combined across accounts, assigned, or gifted.

12. Account Security

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login information and for all activity under their account. Members should contact Customer Care promptly if they believe their account has been accessed without authorization.

13. Account Misuse

NassifMD® may suspend or terminate a member’s account, remove points, cancel rewards, or restrict participation if it determines that the member has violated the Program Terms, created multiple accounts, engaged in fraud or abuse, made misrepresentations, or used the Program for resale or commercial purposes.

14. Program Changes

NassifMD® reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Radiance Rewards Program, including points, rewards, earning opportunities, redemption values, exclusions, or these Terms, at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted on the website. Continued participation in the Program after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

15. Errors

NassifMD® reserves the right to correct errors, including incorrect point balances, rewards, redemption values, account activity, or other Program-related mistakes.

16. Cancellation

Members may cancel their Rewards Program account by contacting Customer Care at customercare@drnassifskincare.com.

Upon cancellation, unused points will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed.
