Step 1: Use the Facial Roller
With gentle, outward strokes, roll each area 3-5 times before moving to the next:
- Neck – Roll upward from collarbone to jawline.
- Jawline & Chin – Move outward along the jaw.
- Cheeks – Glide from nose to temple.
- Under Eyes & Eyelids – Use the small roller, sweeping outward.
- Forehead & Brows – Roll upward from brows to hairline.
- Temples – Use light pressure to relieve tension.

Hold the tool flat against the skin and apply gentle, upward strokes:
