Important Advice from Dr. Nassif when Trying New Skincare Products or a New Skincare Routine:

With a deep understanding of how the skin works, NassifMD® Skincare formulates in the proper ratios to harness the synergistic benefits of known, proven active skin care ingredients and new unique actives resulting in formulas that are more potent than you may think. This could result in a skin reaction known as “skin purging” – which is a temporary reaction to an active ingredient(s) that increases the rate of cell turnover. Cell turnover may cause excess oil, sebum, and dead skin cells to the skin’s surface, resulting in blemishes or flaky skin. We recommend you perform patch testing before starting new skincare products or a new routine to understand the difference between skin purging or an adverse allergic reaction.

While we take extensive steps to evaluate each product on a wide variety of skin types, every individual’s skin and overall health composition is unique and may contribute to varying results. In addition, skincare results can be affected by allergies, hormonal balance, medications, supplements, and other health and environmental factors, all of which can contribute to varying, even unique, reactions to products or specific ingredients. This means that a similar skin type may have different reactions to the same product thus we cannot guarantee individual results, We strongly recommend you read the ingredients carefully and perform a small patch test before wider use.
