Welcome to GCC Aesthetics, Inc. dba NassifMD Skincare® (“NassifMD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the website located at www.nassifmdskincare.com (the “Site”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and any related services, content, features, software, and products offered through the Site (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein (collectively, the “Agreements”). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws.
2. Products; FDA & Medical Disclaimer
All products offered through the Service are provided for personal, non-commercial use only, unless expressly authorized in writing by NassifMD.
Individual results may vary. Products and statements made available through the Service have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The Service and products are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical or skincare concerns.
3. Privacy, Cookies & Consent-Based Tracking (2026 Standard)
NassifMD operates the Service using a consent-first approach to personal information and tracking technologies. Certain cookies and technologies are strictly necessary to operate the Site. Non-essential analytics, advertising, and marketing technologies are used only where permitted by law and in accordance with user preferences.

5. Authorized Use; Prohibited Conduct
You may use the Service only for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to:
· Misuse the Service or interfere with its operation;
· Circumvent security or access controls;
· Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
6. AI Tools, Automated Assistants & Agentic Commerce
The Service may be accessed using digital wallets, accelerated checkout tools, browser assistants, or AI-enabled shopping technologies, including Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and similar services.
By using such tools, you represent that all actions taken are authorized by you and reflect your intent. Transactions initiated through these tools are treated as user-authorized transactions.
NassifMD is not responsible for the accuracy, interpretation, or execution of instructions by third-party AI systems, browser extensions, or automated tools.
Automated access for the purpose of scraping, training artificial intelligence models, mirroring content, price harvesting, or commercial exploitation of NassifMD content, imagery, or product data is strictly prohibited.
7. Unauthorized Resale, Diversion & Gray-Market Activity
NassifMD® products are sold exclusively through authorized channels and are intended for personal use only.
Any resale, redistribution, diversion, or commercial exploitation of NassifMD® products outside authorized channels — including sales through online marketplaces, third-party platforms, social commerce, or bulk resale — is strictly prohibited (“Gray-Market Activity”).
NassifMD reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
· Refuse or cancel orders;
· Restrict or terminate access to the Service;
· Void return rights, guarantees, or customer support;
· Enforce intellectual property and contractual rights;
· Pursue legal or equitable remedies.
Products obtained through unauthorized channels may not be eligible for refunds, guarantees, or support.
8. Shipping, Returns & Refunds
All purchases are subject to NassifMD’s Shipping Policy and Return Policy, each incorporated by reference and subject to change.
In the event of a conflict, the Shipping Policy and Return Policy control with respect to delivery, returns, refunds, eligibility, and geographic limitations. Products involved in Gray-Market Activity may be ineligible for returns, refunds, or support.
9. Geographic Scope
The Service is operated from the United States. While users outside the U.S. (including the EU and UK) may access the Site for informational purposes, products are offered for shipment only to supported destinations as specified in the Shipping Policy. Access to the Site does not constitute an offer to sell or ship products into unsupported jurisdictions.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, text, images, and materials on the Service are owned by or licensed to NassifMD and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
11. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NASSIFMD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NASSIFMD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR PRODUCTS.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NassifMD from claims arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or misuse of products.
13. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
