Privacy Choices & U.S. State Privacy Rights
Last Updated: January 1, 2026
Overview
At NassifMD Skincare®, we respect your privacy and are committed to transparency and meaningful choice regarding how personal information is collected and used.
This page explains the privacy rights available to you and how to exercise them.
Your Privacy Choices
You may control how certain personal information is used by adjusting your preferences at any time through our Privacy Choices / Cookie Settings link available on our website.
We operate on a consent-first model, meaning:
- Only essential technologies are used by default
- Analytics and advertising technologies are used only where permitted by law and based on your preferences
California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to:
- Know and access personal information we collect, use, and disclose
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising
Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing
We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. However, certain disclosures for analytics or advertising purposes may be considered “sharing” under California law.
You may opt out at any time by:
- Using our Privacy Choices / Cookie Settings tool
- Enabling a recognized browser-based opt-out signal, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC)
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
NassifMD recognizes and honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by applicable law.
If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of applicable non-essential tracking.
Access, Correction & Deletion Requests
You may submit requests to access, correct, or delete your personal information through our Privacy Choices interface or by contacting us directly.
We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.
How This Replaces Prior CCPA Tools
Certain privacy rights that were previously presented as separate links or forms (such as data access, correction, portability, deletion, or “Do Not Sell”) are now managed through our centralized Privacy Choices process.
This approach reflects current California (CCPA/CPRA) and U.S. privacy requirements and is designed to provide a clearer, more consistent way to exercise privacy rights.
Other U.S. State Privacy Rights
Residents of other U.S. states may have similar privacy rights under applicable laws.
NassifMD applies a uniform privacy framework designed to meet these requirements where applicable.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit privacy requests on your behalf, where permitted by law.
We may require proof of authorization and verification of identity before processing such requests.
Non-Discrimination
NassifMD will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
