Australia and New Zealand: Shipped via Fedex, received 3-5 days after order is placed - $35.00
United Kingdom: Shipped via Fedex, received 3-5 days after order is placed - $45.00
Canada: Shipped via Fedex, received 3-5 days after order is placed - $35.00
Please be advised that any order with 15 or more units could be subject to additional shipping charges.
