Use alone or under or over lip color, or as a nightly treatment.
The clear, gel-like serum glides on to deliver emollience and instant shine to the lips. Lips feel moist and protected without any tackiness. Any initial tingling after application is normal and will subside. If it does not subside, discontinue use.
